About the Project
A complete gutting of a large 1950's kitchen was needed. Walls down to the studs. Removal of four layers of old flooring and replacement with beautiful new hardwood. Taking down of a partition wall, installation of a fortifying steel beam, all new appliances and cabinets...the works.

The Result
A dynamic new space, creating an open concept area with the kitchen and adjoining living room as the focal point of the home. The kitchen features sparkling granite counters and stainless steel appliances, large island and a built-in eating area with a custom booth and storage.
